Join Ireland’s first licensed Silver Swans instructor, Emma Mahony, for specialised ballet classes designed exclusively for the over-55s in the heart of Dublin City Centre.
Hosted at DanceHouse, these classes are tailored to improve mobility, posture, and coordination in a safe, fun, and highly supportive environment. Open to both absolute beginners and experienced dancers.

Who it's for
Specifically designed for adults over 55. Suitable for both absolute beginners and experienced dancers. There are no age or physical restrictions, all abilities are welcome!

60-minute specialised ballet class.
