The facility is designed to serve as a multi-purpose meeting ground for local charities, sports clubs, and cultural groups. It features a magnificent 1,050-seat state-of-the-art Auditorium equipped with a Yamaha Disklavier grand piano and a 7-metre widescreen, a 166-seat Chapel, and multiple meeting rooms. Outside, the estate includes a full-size multi-purpose sports pitch (50m x 90m) equipped with dugouts and lights, used for Gaelic football, soccer, and rugby. The centre is open seven days a week and hosts a wide array of free public events, from Family Fun Days and "Winter Wonderland" festivals to charity concerts and educational seminars.

The venue is a modern, fully renovated facility with a strong focus on universal access:
Physical Access: The building features step-free entry through automated doors and is fully wheelchair accessible across its main public areas, including the Auditorium, Chapel, and Café.
Auditorium Access: The 1,000+ seat auditorium is "disabled access" enabled, with flat-floor areas suitable for wheelchair users.
Toilets: Fully accessible toilet facilities are available on-site, including those located near the sports pitch and within the main building.

Caifé Na Dothra: An indoor-outdoor café that serves a variety of refreshments including artisanal teas, espressos, snacks, and full meals (buffet style).
Seating: The café features indoor seating for 104 people and an outdoor patio that seats an additional 32.
Events: The café is frequently used as a meeting hub after events in the auditorium or matches on the sports pitch. It also features an outdoor BBQ area.
