Physical Access: The building is fully accessible with two lifts on-site. One lift connects the lower and upper foyers to the auditorium, and a platform lift provides access to the upper exhibition space.
Seating: The auditorium has 6 dedicated wheelchair spaces in Row K, which is directly accessible from the upper foyer. These spaces must be booked via the Box Office (+353 74 91 20777).
Hearing Support: The venue has recently installed a Sennheiser Assistive Listening system that operates via the "MobileConnect" app on smartphones (connects to hearing aids, cochlear implants, or headphones). There is also a traditional induction loop at the Box Office.
Facilities: Accessible toilets are located in the lower foyer and are equipped with an alarmed Red Cord for assistance.
Additional Supports: Guide/assistance dogs are welcome, and the theatre offers an "Early Entry" service for those who wish to enter the auditorium before the main doors open.
