About Dance Conservatory Ireland

Our mission - Dance Conservatory of Ireland is committed to providing a nurturing and inclusive environment where students can develop a love and appreciation for ballet, while also building self-confidence, discipline, and a strong work ethic Classes -We offer a range of classes to suit all levels from beginners to seasoned professionals.

Our classes are based on the Vaganova method of ballet technique. Our Director-Jack Furlong Jr., born in Boston, is a renowned ballet dancer best known for his work with Les Ballets Trockadero de Monte Carlo. He has performed globally at prestigious venues such as Sadler’s Wells, The Kennedy Center, and Tokyo Bunka Center, and was featured in the PBS documentary Ballerina Boys in 2021. Trained in the Vaganova method under Valentina Kozlova, he also received coaching from esteemed instructors including Jelko Yuresha. Furlong has danced with companies like The Gelsey Kirkland Ballet and The Merce Cunningham Trust. Beyond performance, he has coordinated international ballet competitions, co-owns Emma Rose Floristry, teaches ballet in Dublin, and holds degrees from the University of Washington and Harvard Business School.
