About Alan Foley Academy of Dance
Founded in 1991, the Alan Foley Academy of Dance (AFAD) is one of Ireland's most prestigious ballet schools. Under the direction of Alan Foley (Artistic Director of Cork City Ballet), our academy provides professional-standard training in a supportive and nurturing environment.
We offer a diverse range of classes including Classical Ballet, Jazz, and Modern Dance for children and teenagers (ages 3 to 18). A unique highlight of our school is the annual 'Dance Offering' production at the Cork Opera House, where students perform alongside professional guest artists from Cork City Ballet.
Join us for a Trial Class! All new students can avail of a trial class for €15. To book, simply send us a WhatsApp message at 087 7851225. If your child decides to join the academy, this fee will be fully deducted from your first term’s tuition!
