About this production
Vivaldi's Four Seasons played by candlelight in six churches and halls around Ireland, from St Andrew's in Dublin to Belfast Cathedral. Sixty minutes of his best-known strings under hundreds of candles.
The Candlelight series brings Vivaldi's Four Seasons to six venues across Ireland and Northern Ireland, played live by a string ensemble under the glow of hundreds of candles. The run takes in St Andrew's Parish Church in Dublin, Belfast Cathedral and Titanic Belfast, Christ Church Cathedral in Waterford, St Columb's Cathedral in Derry, and the Aula Maxima at University College Cork.
The programme runs about 60 minutes with no interval. Doors open 45 minutes before the start, and 30 minutes before at Belfast Cathedral. There's no admittance once the concert begins.
Good to know
Ages 8 and over, except in Dublin where it's 12 and over. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Every venue on this run is wheelchair accessible.
Seating is unreserved within each price zone.
