About Wicklow School of Dance
Wicklow School of Dance, established in 1980, provides classical ballet tuition to children and adults of all ages and abilities under the direction of Miss Megan Christie. The school follows the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) syllabus, ensuring structured progression and recognised qualifications. Classes begin with the Dance With Me programme for children from age 2, with RAD examination pathways available as students progress. Students participate in bi-annual performances, building stage experience and confidence. Classes are held at Wicklow Community Centre in Wicklow Town, with additional classes in Rathnew.
