About Blevins Academy of Dance and Drama
Blevins Academy of Dance and Drama was established in March 2013 and teaches over 200 students aged three to adult from its studio on the Mahon Road in Portadown.
Classes cover ballet, lyrical, modern, tap, acro, commercial, hip hop, flexibility and conditioning, adult dance fitness, and acting and musical theatre. Combined beginners classes from age three bring ballet, lyrical, modern jazz and tap together in a single 45 minute to one hour class, and modern requires ballet alongside it.
Students take part in local festivals and competitions and in academy showcases, in both competitive and non-competitive sections.
