About Arkins Dance Academy
Arkins Dance Academy teaches ballet and acro to children in Dublin’s north inner city. Alysia Arkins runs the school, which trains in the parish hall on Seán McDermott Street.
Junior and senior ballet run alongside acrobatic work. Fees are kept deliberately low so that cost is not a barrier for families in the area.
The academy was chosen to represent Ireland at the Dance World Cup, sending 28 dancers to the finals.
