About AOK-DANCE
AOK-DANCE teaches ballet, lyrical and contemporary dance in Clonmel, with classes for boys and girls from age three through to adults, and classes for dancers with additional needs.
All ballet classes incorporate the ISTD syllabus, with optional I.B.D.P. and in-house examinations. Alongside graded ballet the school runs pointe work, Progressing Ballet Technique, contemporary ballet, boys' contemporary, adult dance and one-to-one classes.
Students have performed at Clonmel Junction Festival, the NOISE Moves Dance Festival at the Civic Theatre in Dublin and the RDS. The lyrical groups compete in Ireland and the UK on the Twilight, ADC, WLDF and DFI circuits.
Classes run from the school's studio at Gortnafleur Business Park, which has a dance floor, ballet barres and mirrors.
