Steptacular Performing Arts holds annual auditions for its Elite Teams, the school's seven competitive teams training and competing across all genres of dance. Auditions are open to existing Steptacular students and to dancers from other schools.

Open to: Dancers from any school, not just current Steptacular students
What they are looking for
Dancers who are passionate and dedicated, work well in a team, are committed to learning and growing, and are ready to perform on stage. No previous audition experience is needed.
Where the teams compete
Elite Teams perform nationally and internationally. The current cohort represented Ireland at the Dance World Cup 2026 World Finals in July, the second year running the school has qualified.

Who it's for
Dancers aged 6 to 18+ who want a place on a competitive dance team. Open to dancers from any school, including those auditioning for the first time. Suits students ready to commit to regular rehearsals and to competing nationally and internationally.
