About the Irish National Ballet Competition
The Irish National Ballet Competition (INBC) is a premier annual event that brings together dancers from across Ireland to perform, learn, and grow. Held at Maynooth BNS, the competition aims to inspire and nurture the next generation of ballet artists by providing welcoming, inclusive opportunities that cultivate technique, artistry, and confidence.

Who it's for
This competition is open to ballet dancers aged 7 to 21 years old. It welcomes participants of all skill levels, from those stepping on stage for the first time to advanced and pre-professional students. The inclusion of the "Diverse Dancers" category ensures a supportive platform for everyone.
What's included
Participants have the opportunity to present prepared classwork, solo variations, or group choreography to a live audience and panel of professional adjudicators. It is a fantastic opportunity to gain stage experience, receive constructive feedback, and meet fellow dancers from schools across the country.
