Overview

Train at Ireland’s premier vocational dance college this spring. The 2026 Easter Intensive is a high-level, three-day course designed for dedicated dancers (Grade 5+) looking to refine their technique and experience professional-standard training at The College of Dance.

The curriculum features a technical rotation of Classical Ballet, Contemporary, and Jazz, offering students a comprehensive insight into a vocational training environment.

Featured Faculty

The College is delighted to welcome Andrew Wilson as a guest tutor for the 2026 Intensive. A former soloist with the Birmingham Royal Ballet and a renowned educator from Performers College (UK), Andrew brings world-class expertise in both classical and commercial styles to the studio.

Requirements & Level

  • Age: 12+ years.

  • Experience: Previous ballet training is essential (Grade 5 R.A.D. / I.S.T.D. or equivalent).

  • Pointe Work: Not required for this course.

Booking & Essential Information

Applications must be submitted via the official online form on the College of Dance website.

  • Course Fee: €240 (covers the full 3-day program).

  • Payment: Payment must be made in full via Bank Transfer to the College to secure a place.

  • Refund Policy: The College of Dance specifies that all payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Closing Date: Early booking is advised as places are limited and priority is given to those attending the full three days.

Students aged 12+ with previous ballet experience at Grade 5 level or equivalent.

15+ Hours of Elite Coaching: Intensive technical training across three days. Vocational Rotation: Daily classes in Classical Ballet, Contemporary, and Jazz. Guest Masterclasses: Exclusive sessions with international guest tutor Andrew Wilson. Assessment & Feedback: Experience training in a professional college environment with feedback from industry experts. Certificate of Attendance: (Optional, but standard for the College) “A record of participation at Ireland’s premier dance training centre.”

Dates: Tuesday 31st March – Thursday 2nd April 2026. Daily Start Time: 10:00 AM sharp. Daily End Time: Approx. 4:00 PM (to be confirmed via final registration email).
