Mindset coaching and personal development
Classical ballet is not taught as a separate class. The lyrical and contemporary work rests on ballet technique, so the programme suits ballet-trained dancers broadening their range rather than those looking for ballet tuition.
What it is
The AD Company describes it as an elite training pathway focused on strong technique, intelligent artistry and a professional mindset, built to develop disciplined dancers across a season rather than through casual drop-in classes.
